No credit for watching a video.

I watched the vaseline spray n go video but I did not receive
credit for it. I also cleared my cookies. Am I doing something

Did you click on the thing saying to print the coupon?  That's how I got mine to credit.  I never actually printed the coupon since my printer was on the fritz at the time.

There are some video that ask you to click on a link. Make sure youi read what is asking of you. I watch a few video and did not click thr link ans did not get credited. that's how I found out.

I have been having the same problem that the reward doesn't register although I have watched this video every day for the past several days. Because of the ideas posted above I looked for something to click to get a coupon to print, but I could not find it.  There is a little button in the middle of the video frame that looks promising, but nothing happens when you click it.  The banner above that only replays the video.  This offer expires on Sunday and I have received nothing.  In general, when you have to do more than just watch the video to get the credit, instructions need to be clearer.

So far, this task seems to be a big hot mess for most people.  The way I have handled this is open it in Chrome.  Clear history/cookies.  While the video doesn't load, I randomly drag the bar across it's play line.  Close it.  Open Explorer, do the same.  In Explorer, I don't even get the video.  I just get the ad, click on watch the video which does nothing as well.  But after several days, I have gotten it to credit the last two days.  Due to my deductive reasoning, it is working when I do it in Explorer.  I tried 30 mins ago in Chrome and got no credit.  I hope my asinine way helps you somehow.  =)

Could be you did not watch all way thru or its your flash settings. Try updating flash and use diffetrent browser and see
