I love Puerto Rican food!  Oh it has such great flavor and taste.  There is nothing like smelling Puerto Rican food when it's cooking.  The smell is out of this world. I love it so much I cook it quite often.  I also love Soul food, Italian food an Mexican food.  Have not tried Indian food yet but hope to soon.   :D

Italian first. It is such a comfort food. Mexican is second. I find I am growing fonder of Mexican.

I must admit I have not tried Indian much so I do not have an opinion one way or the other.

   I do not like ethnic foods because some of them are very spicy! I am into health foods. "What food is good for my body!"

I love Samoan and Hawaiian foods. But only sparingly! My second favorite is Chinese. In fact I do love a variety of ethnic foods. It is a great way to get a lot of different flavors that are soothing to the taste buds. Most of the times I prefer Chinese to any other sort of ethnic food delicacies. It is ono to the taste!!!

It's important to note that all of these "ethnic" foods are highly Americanized (read: made more fattening, sugary, etc.). They taste rather different in their native countries.

I love them all. Flan is the best dessert ever made. I love pastas and I don't think you can beat Italian spices. For a lack of a better word Mexican food is really "fun" to me. Jamaican food is my favorite though.  ;D

Caribbean Food is my absolute #1 choice! also like Indian, Ghanaian, Arabic (I LUV Basmati) also like Korean BBQ... theres more but this is making me hungry :P
