Has anyone been on vacation this summer yet?

We decided when we bought our new house a few months ago that we would have to forgo the vacations for a few years, so I have not gone anywhere this summer, but it is so worth it to have my own home.

i went back to my hometown in florida and in the begining of aug we are going to iowa and illinious

I haven't been on vacation this summer so far. I would like to go Oklahoma to visit family there. It's been a long time since I've been there and I miss my family there. It was so much fun the last time I went. I can't wait to go again.

I have not been on a vacation this year yet because I have been so busy working and getting my kids ready for back to school.

i'm going to riviera maya in two weeks! i'm so excited~!

I just went to Riviera Maya in May! My sister actually got married down there. It's so beautiful and super relaxing.

My advice is this: HEAVY DUTY SUNSCREEN. Everyone I knew, including the people who never burn on beaches here in the US, needed it! The sun is brutal down there!

I haven't acually went away on vacation this year but my husband and I have a summer Cottage that we go to on weekends and I just love it there my home away from home

I wish! I haven't been on vacation in so long. My husband and I keep talking about it but just don't have the extra money.

I have 12 days off the middle of August.  It's my mother's birthday so I will take her on a trip somewhere.  Not sure where yet we haven't planned it yet.  Then I will take another vacation for my birthday and go on a trip.  I always try to get as many extra days off as I can here and there besides vacation days.

No vacation.  I'm helping my family with their business so there's no time for me to take a vacation.  Then again, I don't really have anything during the rest of the year yet, so I don't really need a vacation.

I spent a week in San Diego, California for Comic Con.
