new updates for chase customers/employees
« on: July 23, 2013, 07:14:55 pm »
u now get to make your own security questions through the automated system instead of having public information pop up for us. and for all u fraudsters that act like a girl and try to get the lady's info when ur a guy.. we know right away once we hear your voice. there's no fooling us.. but we cant call u out on it ..i wish we could. we have caller id at the call centers u know. .. also u can get most info online. like, ur routing number/full account number. we cant give it over the phone. and no we cant transfer money to another person unless they are on another account of yours. there is always quick pay...yes for those who arent a chase customer u can still use it if the other person is chase customer. PLEASE USE IT.. IT IS FREE. BOTH SIGN UP ONLINE UNDERNEATH THE CHASE WEBSITE. once things are verified u can do transfers back and forth using only yours and their email address. we cant do it for u though.

so, our call volume is extremely high, people. one call right after another. there is usually never a break in between calls. i know it's our job to take the calls but u people can get most info online as i said before. u can get a new card under the customer center and order checks and etc. please do it yourself... we are trying to cut down the call volume.

for those wondering NO U DONT HAVE 24 HRS TO PUT IN A DEPOSIT WHEN UR ACCOUNT GOES OVERDRAWN. u have that night til 11pm est. everything is based on eastern time so some of u have less time. u WILL get a 34 dollar insufficient funds fee if no deposit is made then we give u 5 day grace period to make it positive til 11pm est on the 5th day. if no deposit is made..u will get an extended insufficient funds fee of 15 dollars. so, 49$ in fees.

so, too many people do not put their info into the automated system to verify their info. so when u people call a live agent, we have to ask all sorts of questions. i know some of u like that but we dont. we would rather have u come in with your info already.

whoever gave me an all 2 survey when i helped them with their chase account is an idiot. u don't appreciate anyone that's trying to help u. i will give u a 1 in customer service if i find out who u are.

when u call chase for a travel notification we need to run u through part of the automated system if u dont come through that already. too many fraudsters can answer your public record questions so absolutely no security questions will be asked anymore for travel notifications.

there is too many customers that dont authenicate themselves when calling chase. why dont u put in your info in the beginning of the call? we're gonna ask for it if it doesnt come through already.

So, today i had a lot of balance calls and it got on my nerves. really, ur that incapable of getting the balance  yourself? that is the reason we have the automated system. our call volume should not be this high.

we dont like repeating ourselves when we tell u something like ur balance. it drives us nuts when u dont listen. why cant u write things down? check ur online banking.

if u got a letter stating something about closing your account.. it's just to tell u how we go about closing accounts now. it doesnt mean we are going to close your account. dont call about it.

if u call about doing a transfer from your account into another person's account.. we cant do it unless u share the account with the other person. we cant do it period unless u are at the branch with that persons account number. otherwise there is quickpay and wires.

no u can not re-open your closed account starting at the end of july 2013. you will need to open a new one either online or at the branch.

u can only change your pin number inside a chase bank branch. that is the only way coz we do not do it over the phone anymore.
