I keep getting the message that I am not doing a qualified search, even after I have logged in and cleared cookies, what am I doing wrong?

The search function worked for me till last weekend since than, I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun to get a valid search.  I even submitted to Cotterweb Enterprises (when you click on more info in the disqualifcation window) and they have been beyond useless.  They keep saying search naturally and it will work. The last message suggest If it doesnt work to create a new FushionCash account!! REALLY????!!!???? I replied that defeats the purpose of things and probably goes against policies!

So I about have no hair left in my head do to trying to get this to work and not being able to find anyhelp! :BangHead:

I am glad to see I am not the only one having this problem, I did click on the reason popup and did everything it said and still no fix and I am doing a legit search, was simply trying to look up a recipe.  I have been doing the radio loyalty for my 5 cent daily qualify and that is working out great, but I still would like to know why my toolbar isn't giving me credit.

Try a different browser.  :)
the toolbar will only install on IE or firefox, I have it installed on IE.  I use google Chrome for everything else only have IE because of Fusion Cash toolbar.
none of the videos will play on IE on my laptop.

Well I got another reply back from Cotterweb and it says they just recieved the information that Freecause does not support FushionCash toolbar or Shopping Mall anymore.  The error message is still from FreeCause!!

I have reloaded it when that happens and it works better.  Everyone say to clear  cookies for everything and that does not always work.  I thought our pc can hold a lot anyway.  O well, it free so its worth it.  God Bless

It's good to know I'm not alone. Anyway, I'm giong to give it another try, maybe ask help from my son who is more tecchy than me. We'll get there guys, all it takes is a little practice and a lot of patience.

I guess I spoke too soon, I did a toolbar search and the dreaded invalid search popup is back.  lol lol What now? ??? ???  guess I am going to have to be satisfied with the radio loyalty for my 5 cents.

I was hoping that there would be more news in this thread when I came here today.  I have not had a qualified search in days, and I use the search feature all the time.  Are there people who are still getting credit for their searches?  If anyone has any information about the status of the search feature on the FC toolbar, I wish you would share.  I write for another site where I am constantly doing research.  I really miss getting credit for those first twenty searches.

Looks like a lot of people are having the same problem with it.  I guess if enough of us send in a problem report then maybe we will be heard?   :BangHead:
