I am really trying to avoid dessert, so when I cheat, I want something special like Italian rum cake or cannolis.

I pretty much eat all sweets, but been trying to cut back. My mom makes a super chocolate cake, it is cake from scratch, and you frost it well it is still warm, with a chocolate frosting that is made from cocoa. I don't know exactly what goes in it, but it is wonderful!! I think I better call my mom up and see if she will make it this week.

It is very hard to pick just one favorite dessert because I have more than one. Homemade cheesecake is one of my favorites. Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, Red Velvet Cake, and Oatmeal Cake are some more of my favorites.
