Fusioncash at work
« on: July 29, 2013, 11:54:00 am »
I have seen many comments here about people using Fusioncash at work. There are a couple of details to think about.

First if you are the ONLY one on your network using it, you could get away with it. However, if anyone else on your entire computer network gets the same idea, you could both be terminated from Fusioncash.

If you ONLY use it at work, you are possibly OK, but if you use it both at work and at home you are in violation and could be terminated from Fusioncash.

It's in the Terms that we can only use Fusioncash from our home computer and no one else can have an account at the same location. They check IP addresses to determine this, so don't have more than one, which includes not using a cellphone (different IP) unless it's from home on Wii-Fi.

I love Fusioncash, so I am not willing to take a risk to get a few extra sessions. I only use mine from home on my computer.

Wow Old Buddy, I had no idea that people were using the beauty of fusion cash to make $$$ at work.  It sounds a little like double dipping into the penny pot.  I suppose if your doing it while on your break from free wii fii it'd be okay?  I'm glad that's one thing I don't have to worry about that.  A clear reminder for people that the rules are there for a reason.

Instead of losing your fusion cash account I would be afraid of getting fired from my job. I guess I could get away with having the radioloyalty on in the background but I am sure that posting in the forum, watching videos or the paid to click would be frowned upon. No reason to take a chance.

I understand that there is a reason for the rule even though I don't fully understand why.   :(
I don't use FC at work but would have liked to use it when I go to family members' houses. It does effect my using the FC toolbar search.  Not happy but I'll buck up.

I'm going off to school in month or so, and I hope I don't have to worry about this.

I only use FC with my laptop from my home in Indiana and my home in Florida -- never from my cellphone or iPad and NEVER when I travel.  It is just not worth the risk.  I know no one else at my home(s) have FC accounts, so I know the IP addresses are unique to me, and I've never had any trouble.

Hi Warren, does this mean we can't use the library or Starbucks?  What about people that travel?  I use my relatives Wi-Fi all across the country, none of them have fusion cash, but darn I travel a lot and I am trying my best to follow Fusion Cash rules to the letter.  I guess I need to invest in mobile broadband.

If you want to abide by the rules, you can ONLY use your own home computer from home. Mobile broadband will not work unless you leave your home computer running with a remote client like Team Viewer running, then access it from any Internet connection to run Fusioncash at home while you are away.

I would never try to do Fusioncash at work....but your reminder that it is best not to access Fusioncash while on a trip is very timely.

I will be away from home for the weekend.

I'd rather miss my Daily email, PTC and any videos and RadioLoyalty for a weekend than get my Fusioncash account terminated.

That makes perfect sense, the rules are in place for a reason, not only would one be in violation of fusion cash rules but they may also have a problem at there job if visiting the site on company time, jobs have rules also and some IT departments closely monitor employees movements; why take the risk just follow the rules.
