I just qualified and completed 2 FC Surveys and have not got credit for doing them and 1 of them almost took almost an hour, usually takes only a few minutes. I am going to hold off on doing anymore until this issue is sorted out.

I agree, it gets very frustrating spending time and not getting credit. I don't believe FC is totally at fault though. If we don't get paid for a survey they don't either. Hopefully it can all get worked out though before people give up on FC.

So did I. I usually don't have a problem with getting credit for the FC surveys. Just be patient.

just been noticing that there are a lot of ppl complaining recently about fc not crediting surveys. fc needs to realize that if they *bleep* enough people off they will lose money also. we are the ones that make fc money. without us they make nothing. they need to wake up and fix this problem. it is not on our end, i'm sick of hearing maybe you need to clear cookies and all the other stuff. if this many ppl aren't getting paid it is on fc's end, not ours. and it needs to be fixed immediately.

looks like patience is all that is needed cuz even the penny bonuses took 1-2 days to be credited

I know it's very frustrating. They can take time to credit to your account. Sometimes I did not get credit until the next day. If you did not qualify for any FC surveys or still have not been credited, you can always to the daily surveys to make one up. That's better than nothing. FC works to survey companies to provide available surveys. Sometimes they can be delayed in crediting your account. FC first gets paid and then you get paid. If FC did not get paid, then you won't get paid. I hope this information helps.

I am having no problem I just got credit for 75 cent survey in FC surveys.

Patience is the key.  Some things take up to 24 hours to credit even though they say "credits instantly."  Sometimes you go through almost an entire survey and it says "we're sorry, bla bla bla..." and you feel cheated.  However, there are many other ways to earn money here so please don't get angry and give up.  Try the paid-to-calls, listen to RadioLoyalty, watch a video or two, etc.  There's always something to do here.

After many months of not qualifying I finally completed one FC survey and it took 2 days to be credited, but the 3 or 4 that I did not qualify for that should have paid the penny did not. Now those can not be referred to as the third party situations that if FC does not get paid , we don't get paid, these are the ones FC added the penny to for not qualifying, but I guess overall it most recently has been more important to work on the "kiddie garten"  updated look to the website which to me looks like KMart trying to be Target or Nordstrom's instead of putting time, attention and energy to making sure that things work. Apparently FC is satisfied with the percentage of members that do complete and get paid on the other surveys, as those of us who don't meet the demographics and qualify have remained in the same boat. Too bad those who prepare the surveys don't realize that those of us in the demographics that they reject also have money to spend and can influence others through work or family connections. Hate the new look and the problems it has brought along and this is one of those areas that was affected but most likely will remain unaddressed until it becomes too painful to FC.

I do not know who is complaining but I have no complaints with this site. I have never ever had a problem with any cash outs and I cash out every month. Occasionally, I have an issue with a survey/offer not crediting but it is far and few in between and definitely not often enough to complain about

I would think that FC could at least tell us that they have checked their system to see if there were any problems with it.  I have been credited for most of the surveys I have done so not complaining

I am nearing 55, and have discovered that I don't qualify for surveys a great majority of the time.  It is not my fault that I am older, but my opinion still should matter.  When I began taking surveys, I was 46 and had no problems with being approved.  I am 54, nearing 55 in 18 days, and do not get approved for a lot of surveys.  I have managed to do well in FC doing other tasks, and I found another site where I am also doing well in surveys.  The other site gives me 25 to 50 cents for not completing a survey, and sometimes I get as much as between $5 and $7.50 when I complete a survey.  I did two surveys on FC last week, and was shocked to get the 1 cent for not completing the survey.  There are times when I don't even get credited on FC but, for the most part, I don't allow it to bother me.  I keep right on pushing.
