Society, as I see it, is chaotic.  People are killing kids for no apparent reason, and economically, people are stealing from each other just to survive.  Society has changed so much. it makes you afraid to trust anymore. ??? ??? ???

Sad.  Times are so different, and unfortunately not in a good way.  Years ago people left doors unlocked during the day, now there are more and more homes with security systems, years ago you weren't afraid to walk at night, now you take your life in your hands by doing that, years ago if kids fought it was by fists, now it's by guns or knives.  I don't know what happened to society, why don't people care about each other like they did, why would people stab you in the back for a few dollars?  It's really a sad situation now.  :crybaby2:

What the Hell Happened! No one wants to be in visual or physical contact with anyone anymore. The reason people have weight problems is no activity. That does not mean WI with the TV. Be social and become part of a sports team, nature group, church activity. Interact with someone face-to-face. Stop falling off the cliff because your head is inside a phone! Where is your reality?

Aside from what BMatson said, nothing has changed in the grand scheme of things.

Our standards are lower today. And our expectations for people.

I think it is Godless and the consequences that will follow are not going to be good. But....if you turn to God in repentance and believe on Jesus Christ, you can be saved from eternal separation from Him. Little hope looking at our society, great hope turning to Jesus!

And yet many primarily-atheist countries are doing much better than us socially (which is a contradiction to what you've stated here). The US has a people problem. Not a religious problem (aside from the wackos). Stay on the subject please.

the tolerance of misconduct and a highly sexual nature in the media and the total thrashing of our Constitution and Christian faith in our country, we are headed down fast

I don't think it is a godless society as it is a churchless society with many leaving organized religion. I know several people who don't go to church but still believe in God.

My standards are still high which is probably why the rest of society thinks I'm the weird one.
I think I was born into the wrong century sometimes.

Can you imagine just how worse it will be 50 years from now? If the human race can even last that much longer.

I think there are a lot of thing to be proud of and at the same time the negative things overshadow the good. Laws and regulations put into place to help are now a hindrance and those with wealth and power control those without. We could really achieve so much if we would stop fighting over mundane things and instead prioritize collaboration, team work and reaching our goals. I believe humans can do anything if we only focus our efforts on the right things.
