Sacrifice

Do you have any great stories with regards to sacrifices that you and your family made in order to achieve something better. I was just thinking about our little family and the many opportunities that we had and gave that all up for what we have now. We had great jobs, great home, but our children haven't had a chance to get to know their grand parents or great grand parents on a more personal level because we live in different states. So a year ago, we moved so we can be closer to them and I have to say it's not a matter of sacrifice anymore. It is an investment because these will be memories for them that will last a lifetime. I feel blessed!

My parents sacrificed many thing cause they wanted a big family. They have 9 girls and 4 boys. The best family ever.

You know, I've given somethings up within the last month or so just so my sister could have her surgery done and she can have a chauffer to her therapy and doctor appointments.  I've also given talking and seeing my dad for my own peace of mind
