check your approved earnings.  You probably had something that was credited reversed for some reason.  You should see the reversed credit there and what it was that was reversed.  If you don't see it there then I suggest you put in a support ticket. They will let you know what happened.  Good luck on getting this resolved.

I agree, something must have been revoked.  It happens and you can find out why.  Focus on getting your account back up by doing tasks/surveys/videos/whatever.   Try not to watch your account # every day, it can go up and down.  My best advice is to find a routine and stick to it.

Do you have credits earned over a 180 days ago that you haven't cashed out? After that 180 days they will expire.

From the Terms of Service:
Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

That's over six dollars. That's a lot of earnings, sounds like you had more than one thing reversed. You should check for the reversal and put in a support ticket.

??? I think every one should keep an eye on their balance, especially if you notice changes that carry your balance down, it could be an error or problem, that needs to be fixed.
