PayPal question
« on: August 19, 2013, 10:18:45 am »
I thought I saw this already answered somewhere here but now I can't find it.  Does FC pay the PayPal fees or do you get the full amount that you made?  Another site I belong to, they take out a portion of my earnings to pay PayPal's fees.

Hi  I use Paypal and I earned $43.89 for my 2nd cashout and the total amount of $43.89 was deposited into my Paypal  No fee was taken out.

Thank you!  That's what I wanted to hear!  I'll change my method of payment to PayPal.  Thanks again!

There are no fees because they do mass payments. Yet another reason for people shouldn't complain about the set pay date

As a member of different site, I was very upset when I discovered a portion of my hard-earned earnings was being taken out for some "fee", that I could find no prior warning for.  As a member of FC, I have never experienced such aggravation. ;)

I used Paypal when I started and it never charged a fee. But I find it easier to use direct deposit as funds get transferred to my account anyway. So it's convenient.

Some places charge a higher amount to cash in for Paypal, hence a fee is therefore included.  I then get Amazon GiftCards instead, a better deal.  My Paypal account is building up to be a nice amount, fee free.  Save $1 here and there it adds up.

I've been cashing out with Paypal for a while now, you get payment a day or 2 earlier than with a check, and I never get charged any fees. I think it is determined by how they send the money, whether or not Paypal charges you a fee.
