havent had one in a minute ,thank you lord ,but been staying in doors on humid days only going out early morning to pick up work and late evening to take kids to pool for hour or two,only itchy eyes and small amount of sneezing

I cant do it but take a syringe (like for you use in your ear) Fill up a glass of water with some seasalt. Squeeze it up and let it run back into the sink. I feel like im drowning so I cant do it.

Salt water gargles help. Steam is good. Netti pots are excellent. Drink, drink, drink lots of water. Drink hot tea with lemon and honey. Take loads of Vitamin C. Get plenty of rest. Don't drink milk or eat ice-cream. They're mucous makers.

Applying heat with a moist pack feels great and take an OTC pain reliever. Keep a good attitude. Your s.i. will be gone before you know it.

i guess because i have washed curtains, pillows, blankets ,sheets all once a week !and bought a heavy duty vacumn and vacumn once a day scary the dust it keeps picking up!
