Received the following message when signing in today. Weird.
« on: August 29, 2013, 09:53:20 am »
"It looks like you have your browser "zoom-in" or "zoom-out" settings turned on. The new FC website looks much better with the default settings. Please press CTRL+0 (that's a number zero) to restore standard 100% zoom."

I did CTRL+0, nothing happened. Went into the "View" then "Zoom." It was at 100%. Using IE for FC. The Forum size is okay, but everything else is enlarged.  ???

Nothing like trying to confuse my non-awake brain.   ::)

I have the same message up on my screen, but I havent adjusted the zoom at all.  Everything looks fine, no skewing or hidden things, so for now, I'm just going to ignore the message.

Truly weird. I have never seen that display on my screen but it could be peculiar to some browsers. I use chrome and its worked fine ever since the website was changed.

That message should only appear if you're zoomed in or out.
Can someone who is experiencing this issue take a screenshot and send it to support@fusioncash.net or post it here?

Edit: Added a "hide" link to the end of that message, which should hide it for 90 days (or until you clear cookies).

Of course!

It looks like that screenshot was maybe resized?
Can you tell me:
- Your screen resolution? (find it here if you don't know: http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/ ).
- If you run FusionCash full-screen or in a window?
- If you see this same behavior on different browsers or just one?

Answers to those three questions would be very helpful from anyone else who is seeing this at 100%/default/zoom level 0.

I always see that when I login. I think it's just notifying you that your browser has the zoom in zoom out features like ctrl + zooms in. Some browsers zoom in automatically so they are saying to adjust it back to the default, which is 100% if you are having any problems.

This is done my pressing ctrl+0.

"It looks like you have your browser "zoom-in" or "zoom-out" settings turned on. The new FC website looks much better with the default settings. Please press CTRL+0 (that's a number zero) to restore standard 100% zoom."

I had to resize the screenshot for the data size limit on attachments.   I have a dual monitor setup with Firefox running fullscreen on my second monitor which is at 1440x900.  I havent tried using IE yet to know if it is also on there.

Thanks.  Looks like the dual monitor setup throws off the screen sizes which are used to in the calculations for determining if you're zoomed or not.  Weird question but what is the resolution of your primary monitor?  I know you're not running FC/Firefox on it, but it is still relevant!
Also wondering if the other folks encountering this are using dual monitors...
