Survey Head Offer Repeatable Daily

I have a question on this offer. Every time I try to attempt it I'm directed to a sign up for Ipoll, which doesn't sound like "survey head" to me. Question is, what am I getting paid for? Registering on their site and taking on their surveys? Kinda confused...

Usually, if you don't fit the demographics for the surveys they (Surveyhead) have available, it will take you to iPoll's "sign up" page.  It's your choice if you want to sign up with iPoll or not.  You will NOT get credited just for signing up and I'm pretty sure you won't get credited through the Surveyhead link you originally clicked on.  When I see the sign up page, I just close it out because I know I was DQ'd that day.
