My all time favorite is the theme song from The Mary Tyler Moore Show--"You're going to Make it After All!" Sure can tell I'm old after looking at the more current responses given. Ha! Ha!

I don't know how many remember this show but there used to be a show called Sue Thomas FBI..loved the theme song from that show, It is definitely my favorite of all time.

The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Moonlight (another vampire show) I think it was called Release Me..I do know it was by Duffy who makes really good music.
