cashout was pending now expired

I had a cashout pending of $36.00.  I completed another $34.00 on the 23rd of August.  Instead of having to have 2 seperate checks sent I went ahead and cancelled the first cashout that was pending. I immediately tried to cashout the entire balance and the cashout amounts that were pending at first  changed to expired.  I know that after 90 days they are suppose to expire but I did not know that they would expire if I cancelled the cashout and resubmitted back to back.  Is there anyway to recover the lost amount?
