Since Hostess products came back how many of you.........

Since hostess products like Twinkies came back a few months ago. How many of you are glad to see the products back in stores?

We didn't get them til mid July. Im glad to see them back in stores here. Couldn't get any til august though since they kept flying off the shelfs as soon as the stores could stock them.

I never liked Twinkies anyway.  And I was thinking...I bet the idiots who gave thousands of dollars on ebay for Twinkies are feeling mighty stupid right now. lol  And the sellers mighty good.

I'm glad their back but I get other products. I just didn't want to see a real life Upset Tallahase if they stayed closed. Poor guy would have to switched to Little Dibby.  And if you get the Refference I wil love you guys forever.

Remember when they replaced coca cola classic with new coca cola and then brought back coca cola classic to replace new coca cola? I don't, there were plenty of "twinkies" to go around.

Totally stoked that they are back! Although I don't need the extra bad calories who can resist.  My son went to one of his friend's house the other night and the mother cam home with over one hundred dollars worth of hostess products!  My son, and his buddies were in seventh heaven as they wolfed down twinkies, fruit pies and mini doughnuts! I didn't think that they would be gone long...Hostess just needed to break the labor union contracts that were choking them to death.  There is a time and a place for labor union, and the need is slowly disappearing, but the junk food industry is not one of them! Hail to Hostess!

My hubby  them I am a runner so I try not to eat too many sweets. They make him happy though so I'm glad they are back.

My thought is they should have never brought them back.  They are so full of preservatives they should be thrown out, not eaten!!!

Um the hostess products brought back are not full of no preservatives do your research instead of just saying anything. If that was the case then they have a lot longer shelf life then they have now. In fact the snacks have a less life span then when hostess existed.  Two the price is no different now then when hostess went out business

I concur with a lot of people here, I really could care less if they came back or not. As a kid I was a "ding-dong" girl but it seems they don't taste the same as they did when I was a kid or either my taste buds got better.

I didn't really care either way honestly since I rarely ever ate them in the first place.

I like the fact that Hostess was able to sell them to another company and come back.  It just shows how inflexible unions are and that they would rather run a business out of business rather than take care of their members.  But in my freezer I still have some 'union made' Twinkies that I will sell in about 20 years.  Yeah they will be no good but collectible.

I didn't even know they were back.  Goes to show how much I pay attention to the "junk food" aisle in my stores.  Although, after reading this thread, I now have the sudden craving for a Ho-Ho...

I have not looked I never had any hostess products really. I was sad when they were going under not sure why though. I guess nice they came back though

I never really liked twinkies anyway so I din't miss them. Little Debbie is better

I try not to eat these because I know where they'll go-right to my hips.  I do love the peanut butter ones though, I must tell the truth.
