usually when Im upset over something so if feels like my blood is boiling.

That probably puts you in a rare category.  I'm in some rare categories too.  I once told a doctor I could feel my eggs "pop" and he told me I couldn't because studies showed that only 5% of women could actually feel that.  I couldn't believe he said that.  He should have been honored to meet one of the 5% instead of putting me down.    Some people just don't want to believe.
