It says the requirements are to "Complete the Application," which I did.  However, when I got the "confirmation" email, it took me to a page where I had to download and install a Tool Bar.  Until I did that, it would not let me continue on.  That was pretty unfair of them not letting us know we have to install a Tool Bar before we get credited.  Needless to say, I left the page because I don't need or want a Tool Bar.

I tried to complete this offer while back and it never credit me. I totally agree. They should let us know about the toolbar to download.

Yeah, that's messed up.  The requirements should be more specific of what is truly required for crediting.  We are left wondering a lot of times why things are not hitting our accounts and if that was more specific it sure would help a lot.
