How much will depend on how long it lasts. If they can't get it together for the debt ceiling, it's going to be worse.

Of course this will affect everyone, I just got fired before this happened now its going to be harder for me to find a job in a town of 700.  I just hoping this will not last very long.  They are just making the small people suffer not those in congress or the president so what is it really going to accomplish.  I girlfriend is worried that she isn't going to get her child support because her ex-husband is in the military and if they take there pay how are they going to take care of there children who are not on base?

Yes of course it will.  For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction.

What do you think will be affected by this besides people?

Well for one thing folks will be kept out of national parks and monuments.  Safety inspections will not be made.

Will this make a negative impact to America in the future?

I rather doubt it.  This is the wake up call for folks to pay the piper and we owe the piper a lot of money.  So any negative impact has already taken place.  What we are seeing now is a focus on how much and how big the problem is.
