No can't say that I ever heard of it much less been on it.  I will try to look it up online.  Let us know how it works out for you.  I have lost 35 pounds since the end of January but should have lost a lot more than that.  Struggling with it.  Well best of luck to you.

I've never heard of that diet. Its worth checking out.  Weight control is a constant battle.  Good luck.
