LOL I think they would get more than their wish if they were in South Dakota seeing as a friend of mine who lives there posted all the snow they have already.  I am in Florida and just ready for the electric bills to go down and it not to be quite so HOT.  8)

Right now it is 87 here in N.M.. I know this sounds weird but for the past 3 weeks when we can we have been going out to get wood and cutting it up for winter and not just for our place but as my dad is unable to do it we have been working on his too. Yep it is hot today, but you never know what it is going to be from day to day. Mornings are pretty cool here now. We also have a lot of wood yet to cut.  I am already tired of it. But it will be nice to have it this morning. My dad has already had a couple of mornings where he has burned some wood.

It was in the low 80's here in PA on Sunday, and today, Wednesday it's in the 60's!

It's starting to get cool in California. I had to put on a sweater today before I headed out to class. Yesterday I was still wearing a tank-top and shorts.  ::) Typical weather changes.

I like the cooler weather high 50's low 60's during the day but it is getting very cool at night. It is suppose to rain and be rather chilly for the next few days.I'm just thankful we don't have the snow that they do in the west yet! :peace:

I am not ready to welcome winter yet.  I hate the cold and the snow and ice make the roads very slippery.  I know it's coming, so I guess I will just brace myself and let it come.

I am not ready for the cooler weather. We are having 60's lately and I already am ready to skip winter and go straight to spring again.

I love the cooler weather!  Can't wait to bring out the sweaters and boots!  Feels like football season to me!

It looks and feels a lot like autumn here, in Utah.  We've had rain, cooler temperatures and the leaves on the trees are beautiful.   I enjoy a lot of things about this time of year including preparing for Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Have a great day!

I'm not ready for the cold weather! I'd rather have summer all year. It actually has been a mild fall here in upstate NY so far, except at night, but we don't have heat at work and the brick buildings hold in the cold and damp, so I've been really cold this fall. At least I can come home to a warm house.
