do you sleep in or wake up early

I wake up around 4 or 5 AM in the morning to get in early for my job and usually go to bed close or midnight or past as I'm catching up on thing on my personal e-mail I can't do at work (and Fusioncash), but I really should be getting more sleep as my body is going to fail if I continue this pattern.

I general sleep in since I lost my job.  When I was working I had to be to work by 7 am so I got up early.  Right now I sleep in until 10 am or so nothing to really get up for my girlfriend goes to work so I am all a lone all day.

I work a security job for a wealthy gated community 6 days a week from 3pm/11pm.I am wound up when i get home and i eat dinner,go on comp,bring newspaper to bed etc.I fallout between 230/330am so i dont wanna get outta bed usually till 11am.

I would say it depends on your sleeping pattern for me it depends on the day sometimes i sleep at 2 and wake at 9 and sometimes i sleep at 4 and wake up at 8 it just depends!!

I usually wake up early, but sometimes I sleep in too if I stay up late at night.

It depends on what time I go to bed. If I go to bed at 11PM I wake at 7AM.  If I go to bed at 2 or 3AM then I rise when I have had enough sleep which is around 12 or 1PM and then I work out.

My sleep schedule is all over the place .. I work both night and day work so my sleep schedule is never consistent .. plus I have a dog who is on his own schedule and wake me up in the middle of the night.

i usually go to bed between 11 and 1..and am always up between 6 and 7..no later..as soon as the light comes through my window,i'm up...

well  i don't go to sleep till around 6:00 am but then i am up by 10:00 am so i guess i wake up early

I'm at my best if I wake up early... and go to bed early.  If I don't get enough rest I'm cranky, inefficient and 9 out of 10 times end up giving into a nap because the slightest thing stresses me out.  in a perfect world I'd sleep in and wouldn't own an alarm clock at all.  Maybe that'll happen when my kids are all 18... hahahahaha.  Someone will probably still be living at home.
