I try this numerous times a day, and I am never credited for completing the survey, does anyone know why that could be?

I do not know exactly but I would suggest that you do not repeatedly attempt these offers (the same offer several times in the same day) and let a few days go by before you try again, and when you do a particular offer that you COMPLETELY FOLLOW THROUGH with the survey, even if the page repeats itself, and be patent for the offer to credit your account.  There are still offers that have not credited my account or that were denied payment, and that is just the luck of the draw, some we win and some we lose.  If you still have problems then you might want to send a message to the Admins, but I try not to bother them with this stuff.  Hang in there and do not give up.  Fusion Cash is a good and reputable site.

As per the offer....you can only complete the offer MTC "ONCE" every 24 hours.  Also clean out your cookies before you attempt the offer and wait a while before closing out after you complete the offer.    Good luck.

This offer is very hard to pass  , you can clear cookies and read carefullly  . If you see Congrat.., ok, you qualify  , If not  , I have no idea
