DayLight Savings Time

What do you think about daylight savings time?

To me it is a hassle.. Why change the clocks around anyways? Arizona does not partisipate in dailylight savings time and i don't blame them.. I think time changing like that is is riddiculous because you always have to adjust just to readjust later.. what is the point?

I agree on it being a hassle. I have not been sleeping well bc of it.  :BangHead:   Too bright in the morning, dark too early.

My dog does not like it either, lol. She explained to me that she refuses to adjust her morning outside time...

I don't like daylight savings time -- I don't like it getting dark so early.  In Summer it is also useless to be light so early in the morning.  The clocks should be set ahead -- spring forward -- 3 hours next spring/March and then never messed with again.

That would keep it light to 7pm in winter and 11pm in peak summer.

I don't think it is necesary. We got along without the time changes when we were kids and it was fine. It take me about a month too quit getting up in the morning. It is always so dark outside and thenof course going to bed by the new time is hard because i am sleepy before bed time. Az. Gets along just fine not changing.

I would move to Arizona, when I win a good size lottery amount.   :star: The state tax is a bit annoying. Not sure how that works. Never had a state tax.

If everyone dislikes changing their time to Daylight Savings Time and back why not start a list of people and I am sure you will get many signatures.

I think its very necessary changing the clocks around help us live in more hours of light in the winter the sun starts going down earlier and earlier everyday so but changing the clocks by an hour it helps us have more daylight and then changing them again in summer time when the sun goes down later in the evening so were not going to bed when the sun isnt on our clock!

There is going to be the same amount of daylight no matter how we change the clocks.  The only issue is what time we want it to get light in the morning -- AM -- and what time we want it to get dark in the PM.  For me in Wisconsin getting dark before 5pm just sucks and does not seem right.

I'm glad I got an extra hour of weekend, but man it gets dark so early now. I walked back from the library at 8 today and it was already super dark. I'm not used to it yet.

Most of the clocks I have automatically change time. I wish it would be left alone. It takes a few days for me to adjust to the change.

I don't like it!  I'm wanting to go to bed at 8:00 p.m. and am waking up at 4:00 a.m.  Will finally get adjusted about the time it changes back!
Have a wonderful day!

I don't care for the daylight savings time it is suppose to give us more light but I don't see how it is usually dark when I go to work and almost dark when I get out.  How am I getting more light, plus it messess up my sleeping habit.  I wake up earlier and want to go to sleep earlier.
