I will ask the same question to shenvallygirl, why is it walmart? Did you purchase something from that store? Anyway to those who are having hard time posting their proof of payment just follow what the administrator's instruction on how to post your proof of payment. Look for ONGOING PROMOTION. Me I use paypal and it's easier for me to post my paypal receipt showing that FC paid me.
