Most of my pop up ads are blocked, but if any ever do pop up, I never click on them.

NEVER. I never click on pop-up ads (I also have a pop-up ad blocker turned on). I use an ad blocker for my browser too. I'm sick of the garbage and all the malware/spyware/viruses that can sneak in especially if you unintentionally click on an ad.

I guess I must be strange, because I click on them if they interest me and I don't block any popups. Maybe it's because I use Linux instead of Windows so I don't fear spyware and virus infections. I sometimes get great ideas from popups for my own ads.

No.  Nobody is going to pay you $168 an hour to sit on your butt at home and basically do nothing.  Nobody is going to pay you $75 to fill our surveys either.  It that was real then everybody would be doing it and nobody would be struggling to make a house payment or to buy food.  I am not being smart but you have to ask yourself if it is too good to be true.  If it is then it isn't for real.  The guy saying that is probably being paid by google to make the claims.  I have seen those too and I just ignore them.

I try not to.  Never know if it contains a virus or not.  I also use Chrome which has a pop up ad blocker that I leave on. Only if I know it's safe then I'll unblock it.

No I have adblock to avoid all those annoying ads. A lot of times they cause viruses and stuff.

i never see the pop ups...i make sure to keep my blocker on at all times.  am way too paranoid to click anything that i dont know what it is
