cashout temporarily denied

i cashed out at the end of may as to receive payment by june 20th. however, due to "questionable activity" on my account, my payment has been temporarily denied. about a week ago i printed out the fax cover letter and faxed along that plus proof of ID as asked, and am just waiting. how much longer before my information goes through and gets approved, and i get my payment?

this is the second time i've had questions for administrators and no one helps. this website and "business" is really starting to get on my nerves. why is there no other way to contact the company other than through this message board?
