I love to grind up leftover turkey and make turkey salad (add miracle whip, chopped onions, sweet pickle relish).  Serve on warm croissant rolls.  I also like to make turkey pot pies with the leftover turkey.
Have a wonderful day!

We grind up some for sandwiches, make pot pies and some green chili turkey stew.  I clean it all off the bone and freeze it in sep. packets. That way we are not trying to eat up a whole turkey before it goes bad and we don't get tired of turkey meet that way.

Meals on Wheels brought you the Fixings for a Thanksgiving meal rather than just the meal for you?  Wow!  I had never heard of that before.

If you have a lot of turkey, here is a recipe for yummy turkey sandwiches:
6 cups cooked turkey, cubed
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

You can put it all in a crockpot and enjoy it later in the day!  (I omit the celery and green pepper for my family.)

We have sandwiches for many days after and you could always make a casserole.

I always give away whatever I have left over. I'm not a big turkey fan but can make them taste good. I just don't care for leftovers after a meal or two.
