Thats nice for you to do, my mom would never do anything for my birthdays when I was growing up. Now she tries to make up for it by giving me money on my birthday.

LwL that is so true what you have said about pets. they are like your family. I have 3 cats indoors. and they still have thier claws. they get thier shots yearly. and it can get expensive at times. Im looking into pet insurance next month. but anywhodowho, my first ck went for clothes at Fashion Bug. then 2nd ck went toward bills.  no ck this month. but for sure next month and its all good.

i opened up a second checking account for my GPT earnings. my husbands overtime money goes into that account as well. that account is for paying down debt and for the "out of ordinarys" like childrens birthday parties and weekend get aways.

ok.... your dog, cat, fish, whatever... has cancer.

while i do agree pets should be cared for to the best of our ability.... there is a limit.

i know from experience...... kids are expensive, when your raising kids your always broke. and when you have extra money they break their arm, throw a baseball into the TV (or the neighbors windshield), lol oh yeah or what my 3 yr old did 2 weeks ago, he left the water in the sink upstairs on and i didn't know and we went out to run errands and came home to the ceiling in the living room, on the floor, and everything soaked

perfect. my g/f says the same about her 3 daughters.

when you include buying school clothes, food, toys, medicine, money for school projects.... etc and so on and on and on.... it really adds up.

NOW... all three are grown and two of them have two kids each of their own.... and complain that they dont have any money.

except for the oldest.... the 27 year old.... no kids.... AND STILL LIVES AT HOME.

i suppose my generation had a different mindset about these things.... fueled by our parents generation....

i moved back home once (when i got back to the states the last time).... dad said.... son we love you, but you have three weeks to get out. (i was out in two)

back then, i didnt hear nor know about any late 20something still living with mom and dad.

Hi everyone,

Very good topic. I ne to the Survey world, and out of all the ones so far that I have
been involved with this one appears to be the best one I've seen.

I run a Prison Ministry out of my home, and I will be usng this to help fund my ministry
until it gets local funding or a grant, and will definately try and spread the word if everything
goes as stated in there terms of service.

Just like any endeavor you take on, ther must be an elimant of patience.
