I'm all for board games because you can play them with friends and family.

Which would you rather do?  Play a video game by yourself or a board game with a group of people?  Me I am all in favor of the board games with family and friends.

I enjoy both, but as far as board games, those usually require a certain mood/mental effort... and a person to play with, obviously.

I prefer playing board games with my family.

We have such a good time doing them.  Pictionary, Scrabble, Balderdash, even card games are winners!!

Board games,,,,   i'm not a video person.    Give me a board game any day.  I think you can get into a board game with people and interact with them.  video game you just sit and move your hands.  you don't even have to talk to any one lol

I prefer board games, video games make my fingers hurt. board games are more social were you can interact with your love ones. you can teach younger family members how to spell with games like scrabble or strategy, with games like chess and checkers. :)

I would rather play a video game. With board games you need to play with someone and sometimes I'd rather play by myself (and I can pause the game whenever I feel like it). But I love playing Pac Man (an all time favorite).

I miss playing board games. When I was younger, my family set one night a week aside just for that. Now my kids are all grown and have lives of their own I don't get to play much anymore. It seems as though after you get done with everything that you have to cram into a day now there just doesn't seem to be any time left for anything else. The work hours seem to be longer, housework seems to be a never ending chore and then there is little time left for much of anything else. I really miss the days when a person had a little extra time for the more enjoyable things in life. Maybe it is because I am older and I move slower now. LOL!!!

I prefer video games XD

Board games are fun once in a while, but hardly anyone in my family enjoys playing them any more because they've been played so many times already.
