Why Unification Is a Terrible Idea (According to the Bible)

Simply because that's how the LORD plans to destroy leaders!

Oh, unification in spirit is not a bad thing (everybody doing everything to be obedient to the LORD's will ... funny, I almost gave him Data's brother's name---LORE ... coincidence that their names are so closely related?); but unification around a mortal leader breeds pride---the flame that consumes the flesh!

One world government is too much power for anyone to have. Greed for power is a bad thing. Government should be much smaller than it is! NOt so much monitoring of our every move.
