click on "profile"........

at the bottom you can "show the last posts of this person"....

that's how you can see exactly what you posted and when.....

for the total number.... just look at any of you're past posts.....

under your name shows the total number of posts you have made since being on FC....

How do you know for sure if you have reached 30 postings? Do you have to keep your own count, or is there a way to pull that up?

the 3.00 that we earn is a real extra bonus but i like the forums to just find out info.
