Who Are these Four Carpenters, & What Are these Four Horns?

Zechariah speaks of a vision where an angel showed him four horns & four carpenters. And this is another place where the Bible-translators slack-off in their preposition use ... these are for scattering the land of Judah, and these are for casting out the horns of the Gentiles---which is what, & who for whom?

And why not just ONE horn & ONE carpenter? And has this prophecy been fulfilled? or started fulfilling? Present Truth Magazine says that the 'horns' were symbolic of the four 'sanctuary encampments' surrounding the tabernacle, where 'the priests' (I suppose, though PTM calls them 'angels'), which had the power to name 'dissenting' Israelis "apostate"---resulting in Israel's Babylonian captivity.

PTM then goes on to say that the 'four horns' BECOME the 'four carpenter' who put Israel back together.

There's also rumors that the 'four horns & -carpenters' are a sign of some sort of 'New World Order'-conspiracy, but ... what do you think?
