 To admin. How can I understand that in conclusion I was receiving a positive feedback and will be rewarded and now there is nothing. Can you explain this to me?

What are you referring to exactly?

If you need a specific answer from the staff you need to open a support ticket. If it's something other members might be able to help you with you need to clarify what problem you're having
