I prefer to go walking outdoors around the neighborhood, the park, and anywhere else. I don't go walking at the mall because it is not a good place to go for a walk, it is too noisy, and it be too crowded

:-\I don't live by a mall.  That does sound relaxing and comfortable being inside from the cold weather.  I hadn't thought about doing that.  I walk to work every morning.  Love it in the spring time when the morning weather is just so beautiful.  Ok really I would rather be doing my own thing like gardening and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee at that time of year.

I prefer to walk outside, but if the weather won't permit that...I use a treadmill. malls are 45 mins away from my house.

I love to be outside more than anything....so I like to walk outside.  I live in Southern Oregon and I moved here because of all the outdoor activities and the mild four seasons.  I love to hike and garden and just breathe outdoor fresh air.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone.  Enjoy.

I like to walk outside weather permitting.  Otherwise I put my exercise DVD and get my mile in that way.  My cardiologist said to walk at least a mile a day.

I try to walk and/or walk a little faster than normal for exercise about two or three times a week. It's relaxing, reduces stress and good for overall health.

I normally walk outside instead cause then I can take my dog with me and we can both get some exercise in.  I just need to convince her to walk with me instead of trying to pull me cause then we'd probably walk more.  My walks with her tend to be stressful so they aren't as often as they should be but I'm hoping to put an end to that when it starts warming up.

Walking out doors beats mall walking. Don't like to rebreath the air, but, on some days it is just too darn cold outside to do any exercise.  Then, it is great to have an indoor area to get the peds in.

I prefer walk outside though here is too cold and snow too much!! I can't wait for weather to change, so I can go out for walking again.

I walk in a mall to shop, but I don't like walking there per se as shopping makes me anxious and depending the place, it's crowded. I like walking outdoors generally. The only beef I have depending on the place of interest is smoking.

I love to walk so I would go for either one but in good weather i would prefer to be outside. Winter ice, cold and snow make the mall look pretty good.
