I'm an empty nester and live alone so most of the time I eat at home. I love to go out for dinner though and we used to do that about once per week.

On some days, someone in my family cooks and on some days, we will buy/order something. We don't go out for dinner.

we do both because it's to expensive to always eat out but also we love home cooked meals.

Both but I am lucky, I live a block away from my Mom's house and she likes to cook.  I eat a lot of meals at her house.

i try to cook at least 5-6 times a week my husband loves to eat my cooking we go out to dinner like 2-3  times a moth
My husband is on a special diet for his heart, so eating out requires careful thought. I cook most of the meals, which has become a challenge. I am ready to find some alternatives !

I typically cook, provided there's actually something that I can make. We don't dine out anymore because it's not financially feasible. I don't cook anything really anymore because we don't have anything to cook very often. Finances are so tight mostly what we have (if we have anything) is noodles so boiling water doesn't really count as cooking to me. lol  :-\

I primarily cook, but rotate with other family members too, especially when I'm running late from work. Maybe once per week or every other week I do go out with family and/or friends for dinner, which is always a treat.

I can't cook! I try occasionally and usually can't do it right!
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

We cook every night its cheaper to eat at home than out especially when there is three of us and we live in the middle of no where so we have to drive at least an hours to get to a good restaurant.
