I have a neighbor whose daughter is getting out of the detention center next month.

Jail?  What's your point?  People can change.  I know more than one person who went to jail and totally changed for the better and have not been in trouble since.

Depending on what the daughter did to get in detention center, hopefully it wised her up and see the error of her ways. This could make her a better person. Folks can make mistakes and hopefully she has learned her lesson.

Hopefully, she will start fresh and have an awesome life. Being a teen is so hard and the peer pressure is greater than ever.
