No Internet for a week

Going back about two weeks ago I lost my internet for 8 days. Lightning struck the tower that killed my internet modem. So I know how you feel. But I didn't go on the computer because I connect with our family on the internet and that really made me upset.  But I made phone calls and that seemed to calm me down. My hubby also bought me a new computer so I am happy to be on it (was a Christmas present). So now I do my games on the other computer not on line. on this one I do surveys and connect with our family.

It's happened to me a couple of times.  After the first couple days didn't seem to miss it as much.  Glad your back online.

  welcome back! I don't think you miss that much; except for the 15 cents and the 2 cents. Next time you have no internet service try your cell phone to connect to the internet.

I am not sure how I would do without internet for that long!  Even one day and I get antsy to get on here.  I know there is live outside the internet, but I feel so cut off from the world if I'm not online off and on throughout the day.  I feel like I'll miss something!

I have taken a break from here since about Oct when I started a new job.  I plan on getting back into it though.  I spend all day on the internet.

I had no internet for a year because of people stealing. Then no one cared to help a person traveling and having to sleep in a car. that was not weather related. We were without internet for one day due to other peoples weather last week.

Oh wow I have a problem I am addicted to technology !!! I need to set aside time a day with nothing so I can get used to this if something were to happen like this!!!
