I'm assuming you are asking how you can set up PAYPAL as your cash out option for FC.

Go to your Account Page; on the left side of the page is a Column headed  "Profile and Settings"

The first item is Account Information.  Click on that and review the information shown.  If you intend to use PAYPAL as your payment option, review the requirements.
It is important that your PAYPAL account is a verified account before you request your first cash out.

When you request your cash out, you will be asked to indicate your cash out option (PAYPAL, direct deposit or check).  When you select PAYPAL, you will need to confirm the email address is identical to your PAYPAL user name (email address).  That email address is the means by which PAYPAL puts your cash out amount into your PP account.

Just go to my account and under Account information on the left set up your paypal email and verify it.  When you cash out they will send the payment to your paypal account.  Good luck
