If so, what do you do on those days?

I do plan those. They usually involve shopping or seeing a movie.

My "me days" are days when I do not touch the computer and get away from it all day and curl up on the couch with my boyfriend, my favorite blanket, a full pot of coffee, a stack of DVD's and the remote.

My only "me" time is when I am home alone.  I then fix myself a good breakfast, look at TV, and am thankful that my hubby and grandson are not in the house.  It ends when they come home.   :rainbow:

It's hard to work a "Me" day in.  My husband is disabled and is home with our dog while I work.  He thinks I should pay attention to him when I'm home.  To get a "Me" day, I have to plan on stopping at several stores when I go out shopping so he will stay home.  Sometimes he surprises me and goes along, which spoils the trip.
Have a wonderful day!

My 'me' days are rather uneventful however they are important to me. Firstly I take a leisurely bath and later a cup of coffee. Later I will go shopping, take my time looking at things, read the ingredients, look at the labels, perhaps buy something for myself. Then I go home when I'm ready, not when the kids are bored, not when the kids embarrass me to the point of leaving, not when my husband needs me. I go when I'm good and ready!

My "me" days are shared with my daughter, who works a lot, so when we have a chance, we take in plays and musicals and just share a nice lunch and talk.
