Fast way to get referrals?

i really want some referrals and i dont know how to go about getting some. how do you guys get referrals? Im trying to get my friends to join but its taking forever. any ideas?

Think outside the box. Flyers at laundry mats. Try business cards. I invested $20 in getting some business cards made up and used my referral link. I put them all over and got 14 referrals quickly. I haven't gotten around to doing it again, but my $20 has already been recovered by the referrals and I'm now getting an extra $15 a month. Just think outside the box.
