Paint is so much easier. You can always use a border paper around the top of the walls as an accent. Using accent walls is also a good way to break  up a room color. I like using paint for that. Use one color for 3 walls and a different color for a fourth wall. choose the right wall for the accent of color.

I usually paint and it is not so costly.  Some rooms I do borders around the top our middle.

I might go with paint....it takes a lot to remove wallpaper if you get tired of it.....just me...what you like best and why?

Paint is the best way to go. You can buy different applacaters and use 2-3 different paints to put other designs on your walls and it is so much prettier then wallpaper. Also if you have much moisture in your home meldew can build up under your wallpaper if you don't it stuck good enough. I have helped pull wallpaper off the walls and found it. The good thing about paint is when you get tired of the colors you can just paint over.

Paint all the way.  Unless you have tried to remove wallpaper, you don't know the hard job it is.  Paint is so much easier to change.

I would paint it is to change or if you wanted to move the new people could change the color then the wallpaper just my opinion though lol
