I don't get enough sleep and at times I cannot sleep at all. I was just recently diagnosed with sleep apenea. I go to bed early, but sometimes my brain won't shut down. :crybaby2: :BangHead:

I suggest you get out in the fresh air and run about 3 miles. That will make you feel a lot better and help with the sleeping too.

I can definitely relate. I have trouble falling asleep sometimes too. Meditation has worked really well for me.
If you meditate right before bedtime it will help you to relax. Once I get to the point where my mind is totally clear
I find that I am very calm. Then all of a sudden my eyes will start to get heavy. Next thing you know I'm knocked out.
Soft music is also another technique I've found to help with this problem. Try listening to some smooth jazz or classical
music turned down low. It's worked for me. Hope this helps, take care.  ;)

I think you should do more exercises. Like yoga, meditation or do more activities... it will help you fall asleep at night. Like me. If I don't do anything at all in entired day I know I won't fall asleep. Why? because my blood stream are aint active.

I just had a sleep clinic test and found out I was waking 34 times per hour.  No wonder I was always tired.  I now have a C-Pap and am beginning to feel a lot better.
