I would love to be able to migrate south during the winter months.  But, do to elderly parents and in-laws, I have to stick close to home.

I grew up in Western New York, brrr.  I had enough snow to last a lifetime.  Now I live in New Mexico and won't even consider going back.  It's warmer and cheaper here.

Sometimes change is a really great thing.  One thing about moving is that it forces you to get rid of things you don't need and become aware of your priorities.  It is; however, something you want to sleep on because moving is considered a major change in life.  It's right up there with getting married, divorced or experiencing something drastic.  It's different for different people because some people have an easier time with "change" than other's do.  Good luck with whatever you decide.
