I to this day have not tried facebook. All i do is email and text

I use and checkout facebook daily, have lots of family, friends and old classmates. I like to keep up with.

If I have something I want to communicate with family, I call or text them and email them. 

I share on general things on Facebook and pictures.   Family and others can see that.

I have a big family, went away for college, and grew up in a military town where friends came and went as well as ended up joining the military themselves so it's just easier to keep up with everyone in once place. I do still text people but it's just easier sometimes to share something to everyone at once

I use Facebook, but only post the most general of things that I wouldn't mind if everyone in the world knew about. You can't be too careful about privacy when using Facebook. I use it primarily to keep up with my kids and old high school buddies. It is fun to see what they are all up to.

I use Facebook and play games on it too.  It is something to kill time, plus my daughter and other relatives are on the site as well.  I haven't researched all of it because I have relatives I have no idea who they are.  I have a cousin who keeps in touch with me and lives in Minnesota.  My nieces and nephews are on there, as well as cousins.
