I use Facebook to talk to relatives that live in California.  I also use it to watch video's on this site when it requires me to.  Also Post when I like a video and to show that I make money on this website so when I talk to relatives they can see I am telling the truth and that its not a scam.

I'm not addicted to facebook and I don't play the games on that site; however, I check facebook at least once a day.  It's my social life with my friends and family who have facebook accounts.  I've found that's it's really difficult to know what's happening in the lives of family members if they DON'T have a facebook account. 

I babysat a very sweet little girl when she was 3 months old and her family moved away a year later.  I've been able to watch her grow up because I'm facebook friends with her.  She's now getting ready to go to college.

i use facebook to keep up with family and friends..i have that live out of town,so facebook is easier..it let me keep up with pictures and things going on..i dont like the drama facebook has,but that would be on any site,i guess..

I use email to keep in touch as well. I'm not a fan of facebook mainly because I think people are not as kind to each other as they should be and people post things like "I'm going shopping" instead of special events ( This is what I'm told anyway since I don't use it myself ).

really considering doing away with facebook. it is annoying and a lot of hurt feelings are caused on there.

I live in the USA but most of my family and friends are in a different country, so Facebook is the one that keeps me in touch with all of them.  I only post important events and general things, post pictures and see what everyone is doing.  My classmates and close friends are down there and I enjoy follow what they do and say.  But I call for the more one on one stuff

I've been with Facebook for 6 years, it's the best way for me to stay in touch with friends and family (which I have all over the country).  And I think it's a great way to connect with companies and get coupons and free products.     My email is mostly used for business purposes.

I use Facebook specifically to keep up with my kids and grandkids, who live out of state. I have found very old friends whom I haven't heard from in decades. I've met a few new friends but it's mostly for my family.

I do have facebook. I like a lot of the games they have. But in an indirect way it also lets my keep an eye on what my daughter is posting.

I use facebook more as a way to look at what all my friends are doing.  I haven't really posted anything for a long time on facebook.  I mostly use it to just play games and to message people that I don't have an email/phone number for.
