I make Lumpia for my husband and two sons. You just brown some beef and add a can of mixed vegetables, a little accent and garlic power and then the sweet chili dipping sauce. I then wrap them up in the Lumpia wrappers and deep fry for a few minutes until they are crispy and golden. I usually make a double or triple batch as you can freeze them before deep frying. It makes for a very quick meal the second time around. Just defrost and deep fry.
