Habit-forming newsreader mobile app Task

The task was easy to complete, but there is one problem. The code that is needed for completion doesn't appear at the end of the survey.

Is there anyone else that is having this problem?

I have the same problem. It was a quick 4 page thing. I tried just inputting a random number or word, but it seems like the code isn't just some random thing.
